In the Device Options dialog box of the New Session Wizard, shown in
Figure 15-7, make sure the Audio check box is checked and then click the
Configure button.
In the Properties dialog box for your device, an example of which is shown
in Figure 15-8, choose from the Pin Line drop-down list the type of connection
you plugged the patch cable into??”Aux or Line In??”and then click the
OK button. Click the Next button when you return to the Device Options
dialog box.
In the Broadcast Method dialog box of the wizard, shown in Figure 15-9,
select the Pull from the Encoder radio button and then click the Next
button.

In the Broadcast Connection dialog box of the wizard, shown in Figure 15-10,
select the specific TCP/IP port to which you want listeners to connect to hear
your streamed broadcast. You can pick almost anything, so I chose something
catchy and ???appropriate??? for this example??”port 9911. Click the Next
button to move to the last configuration dialog box of the wizard.
